About

Mission

Our mission is to generate sustainable renewable energy solutions to control global warming, to help companies and communities in North America to reduce reliance on landfills for waste disposal and to help agricultural businesses to eliminate their environmental problems.

Our Company

Waste 2 Energy +, LLC (hereinafter W2E+ or Company) is a recently formed, for-profit company dedicated to the development and operation of facilities that utilize advanced thermal & anaerobic digestion technologies to convert carbon-based waste materials to green power & liquid transportation fuels, high quality industrial carbon, organic fertilizer and clean water.

W2E+ is a project developer that licenses and integrates technologies with proven performance criteria and for which performance guarantees can be secured by qualified, credit worthy entities.

W2E+ will own and or participate in the ownership of all projects it develops. Joint ventures may be formed especially with entities that have long-term control of significant waste streams.

Geographically, the Company will focus project development in the United States, Caribbean Islands, Canada and Mexico.

About Us

We are a team that is passionate about the effective, cost efficient methods to convert MSW & other select waste streams to clean, sustainable and profitable beneficial products. We use a collaborative approach to team building that allows us to stay abreast of the latest, proven conversion technologies, to provide proven operational project management and marketing of products produced and to best control the Company’s capital & management costs. Although we have and will continue to develop our internal management team, we have built relationships with technology developers, EPC contractors, waste management contractors and independent marketers of the products we will produce and subsequently market.

Our Team.

The Company is currently managed by its three founders that have a strong history in the development & management of new companies and bring a depth of experience in the processing and conversion of carbon-based waste materials to beneficial, green products (resumes are available upon request).

Other team members include an engineering company with a combined experience in excess of 50 years in design and construction of energy producing systems and the inventors of the technologies W2E+ will use. Another member has extensive experience in the development and management of a successful biofuel plant and the sale of renewable diesel, principally to the Off-Road fuel industry.

To assure the successful construction and operation of Company projects and to secure financing and investments, our support team will include an international Engineer, Procure & Construct contractor (EPC) that has experience with the technologies W2E+ proposes to use, and an Operation Management contractor (O&M) – both will have extensive performance history and high credit ratings to provide performance guarantees for the projects developed.

To better assure the Company’s success, management will soon select individuals to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Advisors to include expertise in the following:

·      Project finance & business development

·       Marketing of green transportation fuels

·       Municipal, commercial & industrial waste management

Project Risk Management

The management of W2E+ fully understands there is a significant interest in waste-to-energy plants, but such plants come with operating and technological risks and have unique and stringent financing requirements. To mitigate such risks W2E+ will require the following:

·       A project EPC and an Operations Management company (O&M) both with experience and the financial capacity and credit rating to provide performance guarantees

·       The Company will need to provide early stage pre-development funding – the closer the project is to being “shovel-ready” the more likely financing will be available

·       Land secured with operating permits is optimal

·       Minimum capacity waste stream contracts with duration in excess of financing term

·       Fuel off takers and power purchasers will have a credit rating of BBB
